Job Role - Senior Associates (US Shift).

Job Duties and Responsibilities - The responsibilities for this opening are mentioned below in-detail

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the customers from on-boarding to renewal
• Build and manage strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
• Proactively monitor client retention and customer account health
• Serve as a product expert on use cases and provide customer training
• Interface and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive towards customer goals
• Provide prompt customer service to ensure client delight and minimal churn
• Follow and create processes that build long lasting client relationships
• Drive up-selling by understanding client requirements and product fit
• Be the voice of the customer to drive process and product enhancement.
  

Qualification Required - The candidates must be a 12th pass or a bachelor's degree holder.

Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by 10Times.

Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an Senior Associate at 10Times is Rs 50,000 per month approximately which will be around 6.0 lakhs per year.
