Job Duties and Responsibilities - The responsibilities for this opening are mentioned below in-detail

• Play a vital role in supporting IT Procurement Agreement controlling function with IT Procurement managers in IT supplier governance in preparing, drafting reviewing and presenting supplier account status in procurement category IT services and projects
• Review and support the monthly financial management governance materials and run operational finance governance meetings with selected supplier
• Ensure smooth monthly invoicing and related reporting with selected suppliers
• Work with the suppliers finance teams and IT Procurement ordering hub members to clarify any issue in the invoicing processes
• Act as the first point of contact in selected supplier account financial operational topics for IT Procurement colleagues, IT Service owners and supplier finance contacts in case standard payment processes are getting stuck
• Support IT Procurement agreement controlling colleagues to run implemented financial management with selected suppliers and bring transparency of financial health and trends for IT stakeholders and decision makers
• You will be participating the development of simplifications and automation's in agreement controlling day to day work.
  

Qualification Required - The candidates must be a bachelor's degree holder.

Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an IT Agreement Controller at Nokia is Rs 42,100 per month approximately which will be around 5.1 lakhs per year.
