Job Role - Customer Success Intern
Location of Job - Work From Home.
Job Duties and Responsibilities - The responsibilities for this opening are mentioned below in-detail
- Maintain and adapt processes to ensure that new customers are on-boarded successfully, receive value quickly and get a great first experience with Joveo
- Act as a trusted advisor for our customers, making sure all inquiries are researched and responded to in a professional and friendly manner
- Serve as the customer’s voice and provide continuous feedback to your colleagues in product development and sales in order to respond to current and emerging needs
- Work closely with the product and UI/UX team to develop improvements for our suite of products
- Identify areas and implement strategies that will help customers receive the knowledge and support they require rapidly and proactively
- Constantly iterate on processes and contribute to our growth by creating new content, playbooks, and processes
- Develop processes and relationships that increase retention and loyalty of our customers to ultimately increase renewal rates
- Monitor health scores, satisfaction levels, and customer engagement
- Maintain and update data in customer success management software.
Qualification Required - The candidates must be a bachelor's degree holder in any discipline.
Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by Joveo.
Expected Knowledge and Skills - The knowledge and skills that you need are given below
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of software implementation concepts and methodologies is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Selection Process
- The selection process purely depends upon shortlisting. Once
candidate is shortlisted, there will be round of assessment test and
virtual/ face to face interview. After successful completion of these
rounds, candidate will receive joining letter by the company on their
registered email id.
