Job Role - Student Engagement Associates (Hindi).

Location of Job - Work From Home.

Job Duties and Responsibilities - The responsibilities for this opening are mentioned below in-detail

• Collaborate with workshop organizers to define workshop objectives and content
• Maintaining good relationships with the college POCs and CRs of colleges where NxtWave conduits events
• Facilitate discussions, activities, and group interactions before the event
• Troubleshoot any technical issues to ensure a smooth experience for students
• Create awareness among the college students about NxtWave’s vision and offerings.
  

Qualification Required - The candidates must be a 12th pass or a bachelor's degree holder.

Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by NxtWave.

Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an Student Engagement Associate at NxtWave is Rs 25,000 per month approximately which will be around 3.0 lakhs per year.

• Great negotiation skills
• Handle objections diplomatically

Selection Process - The selection process purely depends upon shortlisting. Once candidate is shortlisted, there will be round of assessment test and virtual/ face to face interview.
