Job Duties and Responsibilities - The responsibilities for this opening are mentioned below in-detail

• Plan and deliver a creative and engaging curriculum adhering to the Kido method, appropriate for the age range and developmental stage of children in your care
• Observe, assess, and maintain accurate records of children's progress and development to inform planning and share with parents
• Work in partnership with parents, keeping them informed and involved in their child's learning and development
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, following Kido’s strict health and safety policies and procedures
• Create a welcoming and stimulating learning environment that reflects and celebrates children's interests and experiences
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan, evaluate, and develop the Kido curriculum and ensure consistency across the settings
• Take an active role in your own professional development, attending training and keeping up to date with developments in Early Years education.
  

Qualification Required - The candidates must be any graduate.

Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by Kido.

Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an UK Educator at Kido is Rs 29,160 per month approximately which will be around 3.5 lakhs per year.

Expected Knowledge and Skills - The knowledge and skills that you need are given below

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Teaching skills.
  

Selection Process - The selection process purely depends upon shortlisting. Once candidate is shortlisted, there will be round of assessment test and virtual/ face to face interview. After successful completion of these rounds, candidate will receive joining letter by the company on their registered email id.
