• Collaborate with students to set realistic and achievable academic goals. Help them create a roadmap and action plans to track their progress
• Inspire and motivate students to stay committed to their studies
• Collaborate with parents or guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress, challenges, and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with other Student Success Specialists, teachers, and content developers to share best practices, success stories, and strategies for student engagement and success.
  

Qualification Required - The candidates must be a bachelor's degree holder.

Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an Student Success Specialists at Byju's is Rs 29,160 per month approximately which will be around 3.5 lakhs per year.
