• Responding to emails and phone calls
• Scheduling meetings
• Booking travel and accommodations
• Managing a contact list
• Preparing customer spreadsheets and keep online records
• Organizing managers’ calendars
• Performing market research
• Creating presentations, as assigned
• Addressing employees administrative queries
• Providing customer service as first point of contact.
  

Qualification Required - The candidates must be at least 12th pass or any graduates.

Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an Virtual Assistant at Heyo is Rs 32,500 per month approximately which will be around 3.9 lakhs per year.

• You have advanced English skills to be able to liaise effectively to different stakeholders across the region.
  

Selection Process - The selection process purely depends upon shortlisting. Once candidate is shortlisted, there will be round of assessment test and virtual/ face to face interview. After successful completion of these rounds, candidate will receive joining letter by the company on their registered email id.
