Job Duties and Responsibilities - The responsibilities for this opening are mentioned below in-detail
- Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from sourcing platforms and closing open positions
- Posting vacancies on portals
- Screening well enough all the candidates before sending to clients
- Maintaining Candidate/Vendor relation on the progress of submitting made, Interview Coordination and taking care of the joining formalities
- Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent and C2H (Contract to Hire) position
- Screening IT Job seekers and scheduling interviews with hiring managers
- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
- Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
- Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
Qualification Required - The candidates must be a bachelor's degree holder in computer science.
Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by eStaffing.
