Job Role - Customer On-boarding (Operations Executive).

Location of Job - Work From Home.

Job Duties and Responsibilities - The responsibilities for this opening are mentioned below in-detail

• Calling users to drive adoption wherever required
• Working on user account configuration in the system as per requirement
• Handling user training and on-boarding online over phone calls and emails
• Monitoring gaps in user adoption and making reports on the same.
  

Qualification Required - The candidates must be a bachelor's degree holder.

Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by SuperProcure.

Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an Customer Onboarding (Operations Executive) at SuperProcure is Rs 30,580 per month approximately which will be around 3.6 lakhs per year.

Expected Knowledge and Skills - The knowledge and skills that you need are given below

• Must possess excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.(English/local language)
• Confident and crisp communication over calls presence
• Should have basic knowledge of MS-Excel & PowerPoint
• Experience in selling logistics solutions will be an advantage
• Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task without losing attention to detail

Selection Process - The selection process purely depends upon shortlisting. Once candidate is shortlisted, there will be round of assessment test and virtual/ face to face interview.
