• Creation and maintenance of IT documentation such as instructional guides, reference manuals, systems and technical design templates, handbooks, and reports
• Collaborate with Business and Product teams, software developers, QA specialists, and other team members to ensure timely and successful updates to documentation
• Understand Western Union products and be part of technical discussions with relevant stakeholders and provide valuable inputs.
  

Qualification Required - The candidates must be a bachelor's degree holder.

Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by Western Union.
