• Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound calls
• Comfortable making cold calls and talking to maximum numbers of customers per day
• Present demo session virtually
• Generate revenue by counseling prospects and converting them to sales
• Meet and exceed pipeline contribution goals
• Respond quickly to assigned leads
• Willingness to be measured by weekly and monthly metrics.
  

Qualification Required - The candidates must be a bachelor's degree holder.

Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by Vedantu.

Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an Academic Counselor at Vedantu is Rs 35,000 per month approximately which will be around 4.2 lakhs per year.

Expected Knowledge and Skills - The knowledge and skills that you need are given below

• Good communication skills
• Willingness to pursue career in sales
• Ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
• Customer focus with good convincing ability and confident personality
• Candidates should have a laptop with functional audio/ video plugins.
  

Selection Process - The selection process purely depends upon shortlisting. Once candidate is shortlisted, there will be round of assessment test and virtual/ face to face interview. After successful completion of these rounds, candidate will receive joining letter by the company on their registered email id.
